Delivery Updates

If you provide us with a valid email address and a valid mobile number, you will be notified of despatch and will also receive Email/SMS notifications to keep you updated on your parcel's progress.  If you download the Royal Mail app, this will enable you to make certain changes where that option is offered by Royal Mail.  This applies to Tracked 24 and 48 but not Special Delivery services. If you download the ParcelForce Worldwide app, this will enable you to make certain changes where that option is offered by ParcelForce. This could include rescheduling a delivery for an alternative day (with an estimated one hour delivery windows) or delivery to an alternative nearby address such as a neighbour or even your local Post Office (size dependent).

Options are available to you via email, and SMS notifications, so when ordering please remember to add your mobile number to give you full control of your delivery.

Extended Returns

From the date of delivery, you have 14 days in which to return the item if you suffer buyer's remorse. The item needs to be returned unopened and in original packaging and condition and the cost of return postage in those instances is to be covered by you, the buyer. You agree to insure the item being returned to its full value and acknowledge that the risk remains with you until the item has been opened and inspected by ourselves. If your delivery date falls within 14 days before a UK Bank Holiday, then we will extend the returns period to 21 days to give you sufficient time to return the item in accordance with the above acknowledgement of risk.
